Today I am thankful for my Vera Kate and her sweet spirit! Today is her Mommy Day (she gets to stay out of Pre K today and spend it with me) and we had decided to go to Chic-Fil-A (one of our faves), but as we were getting ready to take Sissy to school, Vera Kate asked me if we could go another day.....when Sissy could go with us! How precious! She is forgoing her day of great food and fun because she wants to share it with her sister. Now that is LOVE!!! I am so proud of Vera Kate and the decision that she made....I am very thankful that God gave this beautiful, compassionate, little girl to me! Chic-Fil-A will have to wait another day.
