Until a couple of months ago I had never tried Key Lime Cake. You’ve been keeping it’s deliciousness to yourselves! So after I tried it I was determined to make one.
Well after several weeks I finally got around to it! And I have to admit…..it was yum, yum!! My family has unanimously decided that this cake is now their favorite!
1 lemon cake mix
1 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (3oz) pkg. lime gelatin mix
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup butter
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 cups confectionary sugar
1. Combine cake mix, gelatin mix, oil, eggs, and orange juice. Bake according to directions on box. Cool. Frost.
2. Frosting - beat butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add lime juice and sugar. Mix well.
Enjoy. God is good…….ALL the time,
