For several weeks now, the rebuilding of the warehouse has been taking place. WOW!!! What a difference!
Whitman and I went for a visit the other day while the girls were at school. I could not believe all the progress they have made. The place looks completely gutted (as you can see from the pictures).
I got out and walked around the area where the offices and storage area used to be, and I found several things from our lives lying around the rubble. One of Whitman’s baby socks, Cory’s Athlete of the Year award from high school, an Elmo shirt, pieces of glass from cups and special things. Its hard to believe anything survived the fire!
The new color of the building is going to be grey with a grey tin roof. The trim is going to be a darker grey and the doors are going to have dark red trim. EXCITING!!!! I can’t wait to get into Cory’s office and decorate!
The farm has been harvesting it’s hay for several months. And thankfully we can still use the back portion of the warehouse, so that’s were the hay has been getting stored.
God has been so good to us through out this whole process! We are very thankful for ALL HE is doing thru the farm and our business.
More pictures to come as the process gets farther along!
God is good…..ALL the time,
